Camp Nakamun is a year-round, non-profit Christian facility that operates as both a summer camp and a retreat center. In July and August, it runs seven weeks of summer programs for children, youth (Grades 1-12), and families, including specialty camps for paintball and outdoor activities. For the other ten months of the year, it serves as a rental facility and conference centre that hosts group retreats for various organizations, including school bands, church boards, and leadership teams. Across all its programs, the camp emphasizes developing young leaders through its paid staff and junior volunteer positions.
